As a buyer, our long-standing relationships with developer/sellers assists us in directly locating a property that meets your purchasing requirements (investment, 1031-exchange, estate planning).  We also have access to every other Marcus & Millichap agent’s listings through our intra-net network, thereby creating a literal buffet of investment possibilities nationwide.

The value we bring to each transaction whether buyer or seller is personal and customized to each transaction.  Just like property itself, each relationship and transaction is unique.  By approaching each transaction in this manner, I have managed to maintain over an 88% escrow success rate in an industry that is notorious for less than a 20% success rate.
