About Lior
I am a Vice President of Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Encino, California office. I serve as a Senior Director of the firm’s National Retail Group and since joining the firm in 1997; I have established myself as one of the top producers in Single Tenant Sale Leasebacks. I am the founder and visionary of NNNDeal.com. One of the most frequented commercial real estate websites in the country.
I am a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a Director the firm’s National Retail Group.
Team Members
In addition to a network of over 1200 Agents and 71 Marcus & Millichap offices nationwide, with computer and electronic access to more than 25 separate networks, search engines and publications, I further provide full-service customer service second-to-none in the industry. In order to accomplish this, I employ a highly trained and skilled staff, (see below for details). Rebekah Zweiban, Senior Research Analyst. She has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her background is Real Property E&O Defense Litigation. She was the Litigation Analyst/Paralegal for a prestigious San Fernando Valley Real Property law firm before joinging the Regenstreif team in January 2000. Rebekah facilitates the valuation and under-writing of each listing and proposal that comes into the office. She also plays an integral role in locating competitive financing for our investors. She works intimately with lenders and investors directly, thereby maintaining control of the progression of the transaction and further enhancing the likelihood of a successful closing.
