I am a First Vice President, Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Encino, California office. I serve as a Senior Director of the firm’s National Retail Group and since joining the firm in 1997; I have established myself as one of the top producers in Single Tenant Sale Leasebacks. I am the founder and visionary of NNNDeal.com. One of the most frequented commercial real estate websites in the country.

I am a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a Director the firm’s National Retail Group.

In addition to a network of over 1200 Agents and 71 Marcus & Millichap offices nationwide, with computer and electronic access to more than 25 separate networks, search engines and publications, I further provide full-service customer service second-to-none in the industry. In order to accomplish this, I employ a highly trained and skilled staff, (see below for details). Furthermore, when necessary, we expand this team to meet the needs of any particular client or project.


Rebekah Zweiban Wallack
Senior Research Analyst / Escrow Coordinator / Operations Manager / Notary. She has over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her background is Real Property E&O Defense Litigation. She was the Litigation Analyst/Paralegal for a prestigious San Fernando Valley Real Property law firm, and chief mediator before joining the Regenstreif Team in January 2000. Rebekah facilitates the under-writing valuation of each listing and proposal that comes into the office. She manages books & records, due diligence procedures, and inspections. She acts as liaison between principals, attorneys, state agencies, developers, tenants, and escrow/title offices. She also plays an integral role in locating competitive financing for our investors. She works intimately with lenders and investors directly, thereby maintaining control of the progression of the transaction and further enhancing the likelihood of a successful closing.

Ryan Jaama | Associate
Lior RegenstreifThe newest member of the Regenstreif Team, joined Marcus & Millichap in the Summer of 2015. His area of focus and single tenant specialty is triple net properties in the “Dollar Store” discount retail sector. This growing market is a challenge he is meeting with great confidence and success due to his natural ability to keep up with the industry and market trends.

With a degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) he brings value to his clients through combining his real estate and finance knowledge base. His finance background helps him convey various financial concepts to his clients with ease, thus increasing their understanding in their investment opportunities. His work ethic and drive to succeed give his clients the peace of mind that their real estate investments are in the right hands. Always a competitor, Ryan will go above and beyond to make sure his clients receive the best possible service in the industry.

Client acquisition and client relationships are of utmost importance to Ryan, which is why he works on building lasting relationships throughout the years with his customer base. He believes that a happy client is a repeat client and thus is always one step ahead of the competition by putting the clients’ needs on top of the priority list. He is determined to succeed and will leave no stone unturned in accomplishing his clients objective whether it be disposition or acquisition of single tenant commercial retail real estate.

Fluent in Estonian, Ryan is able to tap into Eastern and Northern European markets and add to the global reach of the Regenstreif Team, tapping into investors seeking better than current European returns found only in U.S. markets.

When Ryan is not tracking European markets, he is an avid fitness enthusiast and personal trainer, enjoying free time with friends and family.

Jonathan Braier | Associate

Lior RegenstreifJonathan joined Marcus & Millichap in the fall of 2014. His commitment to clients, innate drive to succeed, and need to be the best, made him a perfect fit to join the already successful Regenstreif Team. He was trained to be an authority in representing clients in the purchasing, and/or selling, of Retail Single Tenant Net Leases. Jonathan’s ability to learn and absorb the practices of successful brokers around him allows him to perform for his clients at a level above what his experience in the industry warrants. His extensive knowledge and experience gained from other industries gives him an edge over other brokers, translating into successes for his clients.

Jonathan brings with him a background in relationship building and advising from his work as a Jr. Financial Advisor for J.P. Morgan Chase. The work experience and knowledge gained from his previous career allows him to fully understand the financial position of his clients, which in turn allows him to advise them in a way that will ultimately benefit them financially, now, and in the long run. His ability to build relationships with his clients creates a better experience for them, and instills a sense of trust, that is solidified by his advocating their interests above his own.

Jonathan is an alumnus of the University of Southern California where he studied accounting with an emphasis in finance, giving him the ability to help his clients understand more of the underlying factors of buying and selling real estate.

He is enthusiastic, dedicated, and determined, all things that are leading to his success in this fast paced, ever changing career.

As a buyer, our long-standing relationships with developer/sellers assists us in directly locating a property that meets your purchasing requirements (investment, 1031-exchange, estate planning).  We also have access to every other Marcus & Millichap agent’s listings through our intra-net network, thereby creating a literal buffet of investment possibilities nationwide.
